We are in the midst of huge transitions. Their impact extends beyond domains and also requires social innovation. New forms of cooperation are emerging between parties with different interests. The challenge is to deal with the complexity and different interests in such an ecosystem, to be empathetic and to create unity. In cross-disciplinary teams, design can play a connecting role, based on its intrinsically holistic character.
We have experience in bringing partners together in consortia and coordinating international cooperation in the preparatory project phase.
Visualization is a means of imagining and exploring the future. We use a context-driven design research method.
Exploring the project in co-creation with visualization is also a means to start a conversation, to let everyone be heard and to get everyone in the same direction. Formulate a shared vision AND be able to communicate it to the outside world.
Proces mapping // context mapping // stakeholder mapping
We develop and facilitate sessions for mapping which facilitates positioning, and serves as a basis for strategic decisions.
A project never stands alone, but always has a relationship with a context. Mapping out 'the entire system' in co-creation, in order to make coherence between (f)actors visible and open to discussion often reveals influences or consequences that would otherwise remain underexposed.
